Poets for the Emergency is the title of the Third Annual Portland Poetry Festival held again at Odd Fellows Hall, 651 Forest Ave. at Woodford's Corner. Two panels of poets will present poems and discussion around the dual emergencies of our day: Sanctuary City will focus on immigration, and Earth Endangered on climate change.  Poets participating are Betsy Sholl, Gary Lawless, Reza Jalali, Claire Millikin, Mike Bove, Meghan Sterling, Kate Kearns, Kate Hagopian-Berry, Christian Barter and Kara Douglas.
